Milwaukee's ORIGINAL & AWARD-WINNING Tour!
Inspired by Guiseppi and Rosa, who immigrated to Milwaukee from Santa Flavia, Sicily, 100 years ago, we combined our love for Milwaukee and great food to create Milwaukee Food Tours. Celebrating our 5th anniversary in 2012, we are Milwaukee's premier, original and award-winning tour company. Our tours provide the ideal combination of food, culture and history too!
Milwaukee Food Tours offers delicious tour exploring both urban and suburban neighborhoods originally settled by Italian, Irish, Polish and German immigrants. On all of our food and cultural tours of Milwaukee, we point out architectural highlights, cultural hotspots, and great restaurants and shops while sampling flavors from restaurants along the way.
Year-round, we offer food and cultural tours by both walking and bus! Plus, whether you're a novice or a professional photographer, or simply interested in history, you'll enjoy our first non-food tour options from behind the lens of your camera. Check out our Milwaukee Photo Walk or Madison Photo Walk!
If you’re bringing a larger group or are planning a private outing or corporate event, think about scheduling a private tour with us – you and your guests will not be disappointed! Unique to Milwaukee Food Tours, there is no additional cost for a private tour, and no deposit required!
We routinely hear two things that bring us pride: "I’ve lived here my entire life and never explored Milwaukee like I did today" and "I was expecting a tasting, but this was a full meal!"
Andrew Zimmern of 'Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern' recently visited Milwaukee and stated perfectly how we feel about our great city’s foodie culture:"Older immigrant cultures remain alive and strong while new arrivals keep adding fresh ingredients to make the city’s melting pot even easier."
Visiting tourists agree that our tours are a great way to learn about this beloved city – and if you take the tour at the beginning of your stay, you can stop by all of the great establishments again on your own later. Even Milwaukee natives will learn things that they never knew about their hometown.
