We work hard to take the stress out of event planning and make sure it lives up to your high standards. We’ll work with you to make sure every detail is addressed and take care of the nitty-gritty logistics. Most of all, we want you to feel secure knowing that we execute our events at a very high level so you don’t have to worry about anything.
How much is the deposit and is it refundable if I have to cancel?
Wait for it: we don’t require a deposit. Ever. We know things change, and we’re not interested in locking you into anything. Once everything is planned and set to go, we usually require full payment within a week before your event, but we’re happy to work with you as needed to make this jive with your budget and payment needs. Absolutely! We hire people who love this city, and we train them extensively to make their job look effortless. No cringey tourist stuff, we promise.
What happens if it rains or snows?
Rain or shine, you gotta eat! Unless the weather looks like it’ll threaten the safety of our guests or guides, the tours will run in most conditions. If it’s too wet or cold, we’ll just spend more time indoors at our restaurant partners. And we’ve got some snazzy ponchos for you just in case.
The guest of honor is gluten free. Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
If you let us know when you book your tour, we CAN provide vegetarian-friendly tasting, but we CANNOT offer alternatives or substitutions for any other allergies (including lactose intolerant) or dietary restrictions (including vegan and gluten free). Vegetarian-friendly options must be requested in advance during the ticket purchase process.
