Looking for a unique and delicious team outing for your company in Milwaukee? Planning a class reunion and needing to prove your status as, "Most Likely to Plan the Best Class Reunion in 20 Years?" Needing a fun Christmas outing for your office outing or family party?

Milwaukee Food & City Tours offers private tours for groups of all sizes - we've accommodated groups up to 300. You may simply choose from one of our many tour options, or we can create a custom outing for you. Private tours can be arranged on any of our tour options and can be customized just for your party. You pick the day and time for your tour that works best for your group, and we'll handle the rest.

Popular tours for private groups include:

  • Great walking tour options include Brady Street Lunch Tour (lunch only), Old World 3rd Street, or Village of Tosa Tour - all are about 1 mile of walking

  • Our bus tours are available for lunch or dinner. Popular options that are great for networking and show off Milwaukee include the Pizza Bus, Tacos & Tequila, BBQ Bourbon & Beer, Historic Bar Tour, Craft Breweries & Cocktails

  • We offer a Streetcar Food Tour (does involve some walking too)!

  • As a special tour not available to the general public, we’ve created a Progressive Ethnic Meal. This was designed to show off the city and talk about our ethnic past, this tour includes stops on German Old World 3rd Street for cheese, sausage, beer / root beer; a drive through Milwaukee's Irish Third Ward; an entree at a traditional ethnic restaurant, shopping and samples at some of Brady Street's most authentic Italian eateries (lunch only), and of course, you must leave room for dessert at one final stop. A progressive meal with a side of history! The cost for this special tour is $80 per person.

Each of the bus tour prices in for our public tours does include transportation for 30 or less guests and we can pick you up at your location if you are in the near downtown Milwaukee area. For groups outside of this zone, you can request a direct pick-up for an additional $250 or we can simply meet your group in downtown Milwaukee at a designated meeting spot. We can secure quotes from outside vendors for motorcoach transportation for groups larger than 30 guests. If our buses are unavailable for the date that you are interested in we will secure quotes for a rental vehicle for the tour.

Generous food/drink portions are included; guests are invited to bring along extra cash if they would like to shop at the various stores that we visit. We require 8 or more for a private walking tour, or 15 or more for a private bus tour. You can pick the tour route and start time of choice, based upon availability.

In addition to the per person price listed above, there is a 25% private tour booking fee which includes restaurant gratuities, tour guide gratuity, driver gratuity (when applicable), credit card processing fees, and administrative planning time.  That fee is based upon the final headcount submitted 5 days prior. No deposit is required. Payment is due prior to the tour.

We also host many candidates and interns that our corporate clients are recruiting to Milwaukee-based positions. Allow us to show off all of the amazing reasons why Milwaukee is a great place to relocate with a city tour! We also offer an Explore Milwaukee Sightseeing City Tour via bus, or a Milwaukee Photo Walk via foot - no food, but plenty of opportunities to snap photos and enjoy the city!

We are easy to work with - we do not ask for a deposit or signed contract. Once you are ready to book the date, just let us know and we’ll put the reservation in the books for you. As the date gets closer, you would want to let us know your tentative numbers so that we can alert the locations as we confirm our reservations with them. Five days prior we'll need a final head count, list of any vegetarians, and payment via credit card or check.
