COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

We take great pride in setting the standard for safety on our tours and making sure that you, our guests, can truly enjoy the experience and have fun at the same time. We follow government and CDC mandates of wearing face coverings throughout the tour, maintain social distancing by keeping parties on public tours separated by 6 feet, serve individual plates (not family style meals) and ensure our restaurant partners take great care in cleaning their facility before our visit. We are also utilizing audio headsets on our walking tours. With a 100 yard range, we’ve found them to work fabulously at amplifying the tour guide and allowing guests to practice social distancing as they wish.

This year we are offering a limited selection of public tours, primarily focused on our outdoor walking tours and options that lend themselves to greater social distancing. These dates are all listed on our calendar, which you can view by scrolling to the bottom of this page.  

We are offering private food tours again too!  We now require 8 or more paid guests for a private walking tour; 15 or more paid guests for a private bus tours. We are working with groups on an individual basis to create a custom itinerary and pricing. We’re also offering a classic sightseeing tour of Milwaukee via a chauffeured vehicle for private groups of 2 or more guests. Your chauffeur will handle the hassles of parking and transportation while your tour guide will show you Milwaukee’s key neighborhoods and you can stop for selfies and snacks along the way. Lastly, the best-laid plans today might not work in the future. If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, as long as you cancel 12 hours prior, we will refund your tickets with no penalty to you. In the event that we must cancel a tour due to weather or COVID-19, rest assured that you will receive a full refund as well. Gift cards also do not expire, so you can always return to exploring with us in 2021 and beyond. 

If you are not quite ready to explore the city, we pivoted to offering gift boxes that are allowing us to continue our mission of supporting multiple small businesses in the community and sharing their stories. They are a delicious way to enjoy having the best of Milwaukee delivered straight to your doorstep, or the doorstep of someone you love or appreciate.
